Question by dementors_suck: Would whey protien shakes help me achieve my weight loss goals?
I'm 28 years old, 4'11" & around 140 lbs. I'd like to lose 20 lbs. I work out 4-5 times a week (a mixture of both cardio & medium intensity strength training) & I try to watch what goes into my body.
I've dabbled in whey protein before, but always lost interest pretty quickly so I never really stuck with it. Would consistantly using whey protein (one or two shakes a day) help with
