Question by Katie: What is a good breakfast and lunch for a desk worker trying to lose? Not too many calories but good nutrition? Right now I have a weight loss shake (5g fiber and 10g protein) and a piece of fruit for breakfast. For lunch I have a Luna bar (3g fiber, 9g protein) I feel like this is too much sugar but I'm not sure. I work out when I get home and then eat dinner. Thanks.
