I work out everyday and have about 1000 calories a day at max. But I'm looking for something to give me that extra push for weight loss. I've found a couple things and looked at the pros and cons. But most of the them say the same thing. I don't want to spend money on something that doesn't work. I get reviews of this works but with someone else theres no effects.
