Q&A: How to switch up my running routine?

Question by Yellowspotlight89: How to switch up my running routine?
I tend to go the same general length everyday, doing some jog-running, then short break in between of walking, then running again, jogging, walk, run, ect. I do this outside and it takes about 40 minutes.
I was wondering if anyone had any ideas of new ways I could run to maximize weight loss and just shake things up?
