Breakfast : 1.35 oz + 3.38 oz milk ( 1,5% fat ) - 182 kcal Meal : 5.2 oz turkey or chicken meat + steamed veggies - 600 kcal Dinner : shrimps - 100 kcal ?? I drink much water and green tea between meals. Is this a good meal plan ? Do I have to snack ? I hate to snack ...
