Well for the first week I am going to try the cabbage soup diet. After that:
Breakfast
Drink: Water
Food: Hard Boiled Egg and Strawberries / Orange / Pineapple / Apple
Lunch:
Drink: Water
Food: Whatever they serve for lunch + fruit snacks
Snack: Hard Boiled Egg or Welch's Fruit Snacks or 100 calorie pack or fruit + water
Dinner:
Drink: Water
Food: Lean Cuisine or whatever is fixed (usually semi healthy)
And BTW I am exercising
