So they say 6 meals a day...so I'm thinking i'll substitute my meals with Fruits
so let's say i get up at 8 am and i eat fruit every 4 hours as a meal, i'm thinking like an apple, banana, orange or maybe veggies..would that work and keep my metabolism up??

Answer by CaliThat'll work for a little while, make sure there are carrots in there, carrots have carbs and will boost your energy.
