Question by Jason V: If I stop drinking, and start working out, will I lose weight fairly quickly?
I have gained like 10lbs in the last year, and 140 would be a healthy weight for me (I am currently 150-155)
I drink everyday, alot (Kinda have a drinking problem stemming from lots of things)...but just curious if I were to cut the drinking, and start working out again would that be a fairly quick weight loss..
also, if I were to stop eating out at least once a
