i am 15, about 5 ft 7 in. and i weigh about 191.
im looking for a weight loss plan to lose the weight to get aroun 160-170. and i also would like a plan to gain lean muscle.
and if u could include a daily food list of foods that i should eat to reach my goal.
i swim, play baseball and basketball
