could walking contribute to weight-loss in all areas of the body?
Question by Mello: could walking contribute to weight-loss in all areas of the body?
I have walked almost a mile a day, 4 times a week to the bus stop with a heavy backpack for the past 4 months, and i am noticing that i have lost weight in my legs right above my knees, but not really in my thighs..and also a little bit in my rib cage area and my chest..could this contribute to the walking?
and if it does, wouldnt i lose weight in my thighs also. its kindof freaking me out. especially
