BREAKFAST
- Mix of red pepper, green pepper, onion, and mushrooms with 4-5 egg whites, 2 slices of wheat toast
- Fat free yogurt with 8 strawberries and 1 banana
- 2 slices of wheat toast, 1 slice of cheese, 5 slices of deli ham or turkey, 1 egg
LUNCH
- 1 can of tuna (no mayo) with 20 fat free chips, 1 apple
- 2 slices of wheat toast, 1 slice of cheese, 5 slices of deli ham or turkey, 1 egg
- 1/2 small bobili pizza crust,
