So I don't understand this whole plateau thing.
Isn't weight loss about burning off more calories than you consume?
I walk for hours a day and cut my eating habits but I haven't seen any changes at all even though I know I have a calorie deficit of quite a bit.
By the way I think it might be a plateau because:
Two years ago I used to weigh 300 pounds.
By not adjusting my diet at all and walking every day I now way 240.
