I would like to lose about 25-30 pounds quickly. I've started walking for 30 minutes a day and I've eliminated unhealthy/junk foods from my diet. All I drink is water and soymilk but the weight doesn't seem to be coming off. How can I lose the weight in the most quick and efficient way, and keep it off?
