Question by shutup: Am I able to lose weight just by running and eating 2 meals a day?
I've never been really skinny (I am 5'4, 165 pounds) but this summer I want to shed at least 10 pounds (more would be great)
Is that a realistic weight loss number?
and i cant really afford to go to the gym
so i plan to use ten pounds by running perhaps 10 minutes a day
and eating 2 moderate sized meals a day
how often should i run? and how many calories will i burn off with a ten minute run?
