Question by Dee: calories for a 3 pound a week weight loss? If I cut 1,500 calories daily, that would put me at a 3 pound a week weight loss. Say I cut 700 calories and burn 800, I should be able to lose 3 pounds a week right? I will still eat sensibly, not un-healthy. I would be eating about 1,300 daily.
