I Wake Up At Like 5:30
Then Run For About Two Blocks There And Back.
Then I Just Have Scrambled Eggs For Breakfast
Or Maybe A Fruit Smoothie
With Yogurt Instead Of Ice Cream.
Then I Eat Like an Apple Or Fruit Of Some Sort At Lunch.
At Dinner I Make A Bean Salad
Or Cabbage Soup.
Then At Like 8
I Run The Same I Do In The Morning.
Possible Weight Loss?
How Many Pounds If So?
